1 pint whipping cream
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
Put whipping cream into mixer bowl add sugar, whip on high until thick and creamy.
Chris' Commentary: Add the sugar depending on the sweetness of what you are topping with the cream. If you are topping tart strawberries add more sugar, if you are topping sweet pie you may not need as much sugar. Last time we also added 1 tblspn of White Chocolate Jello Pudding powder to the cream before mixing, this gave it a nice flavor and also added some body and made it creamier.
