Funnel Cake Just like at the Fair but without the price tag
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tspn baking powder
1/4 tspn salt
combine ingredients. Heat a skillet with oil, pour batter into funnel make sure your finger is over the whole. Hold over hot oil and pour moving around for that "snake" look. cook until brown then flip. Top with powdered sugar, jelly, honey, syrup anything you like.
