I use a whole chicken that I have taken off the bone you can also use 4-6 chicken breasts or any chicken pieces that you like. Place raw chicken in a 9x13 pan and cover with a jar of you favorite salsa. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Put on tortilla's and cover with your favorite taco toppings.
