Bacon and Rice
1 lb bacon
4 cups uncooked rice
cut up bacon and cook until really crispy. cook rice according to package directions. you can use instant or regular it does not matter. Drain grease off of bacon but reserve. Add cooked rice to cooked bacon and stir. let cook on medium heat for a few minutes to let the flavors absorb. Add a little grease if necessary to make less dry. I know this sounds gross but it is really good and an easy meal for the kids. You could add a veggie on the side to balance out all the fat but who does that?
