2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup course ground wheat (my wheat grinder has a course setting, it just looks like flour but feels grittier, if that makes sense)
Boil water, milk, and salt on stove, be careful because once it starts boiling it boils over really fast. Add ground wheat and stir constantly until thick. I used a wire whisk so it wasn't lumpy. Mine thickened up REALLY fast like 2 minutes. I served mine with butter and sugar. It was WAY better than the store bought kind. I also cut the recipe in half for just my son and I, it was perfect.
