This was my first try at making Chicken Noodle Soup and I have to say it was a success!
Chicken broth (see here to make your own)
Chicken (as much or as little as you like)
1 onion
carrots
squash
chicken bullion (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
spaghetti noodles
Combine broth, chicken, (optional bullion) and onion in crock pot. Set on low and let cook all day (4-5 hours) or on high for 2-3 hours. About 1 hour before you are serving add carrots, and squash. Break uncooked spaghetti noodles into 2 inch pieces, cook according to package directions and then add to crock pot. Let cook until veggies are tender.
I made my own broth, and used chicken I had left over from a few other meals. We had eaten baked chicken one night and I boiled the carcass for broth and left over pieces.
