Trina's Chicken Chilaquiles
2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 c. green onion
1/2 c. jack cheese
2 tbl Parmesan cheese
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup milk
1/4 c cilantro
1 (11oz) can tomatillos, drained
1 can green chili's
12 corn tortillas
Combine chicken, onions, cheese, spices. In a food processor combine milk, cilantro, tomatillos, and chili's blend until smooth. heat tortillas, pour 1/4 tomatillos mixture in 9x13 pan, arrange tortillas in mixture, top with chicken mixture and layer until all gone. cover with rest of tomatillos mixture. bake at 375 for 20 minutes until bubbly
