Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits

Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits

1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter softened
10 cherries
1 can biscuits

Combine butter,, pineapple, brown sugar, spoon into muffin tins. place a cherry in the center of each tin cover with a biscuit. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400. Place a baking sheet under muffin tin as these tend to overflow. Let sit for about 5 minutes and then flip out onto baking sheet.
