Piggy Pudding
1 box "Jiffy" corn muffin mix
3-4 apples peeled and sliced the tarter the better
1lb cooked and crumbled sausage
maple syrup
Mix muffin mix according to box. Layer sausage in a 8x8 in pan, top with apples then pour muffin mix over the top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until corn mixture is cooked through. Serve warm with syrup.
