Chicken Chili Casserole
Whole Chicken
2 large cans Chili Con Carne with beans (I use Hormel or Dennisons)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 large can Ortega Diced Green Chili's
Flour Tortillas
Cheddar Cheese
Boil Chicken, and debone. Or use 4-6 chicken breasts (cooked). Mix chicken, chili, soups, green chili's. Tear flour tortillas in small bite size pieces. Put 1/2 of the chicken mixture in a 9x13 pan. Put a layer of torn tortillas and a layer of cheese. Repeat with chicken mixture ending with cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
I serve with warm flour tortillas and guacamole.
